Rosemary Ramsey Granillo

Rosemary Ramsey Granillo is the director of the Kent County Local Management Board, a county office that develops and funds strategies for children, youth, and families that center local priorities and participation. She was raised in Chestertown and holds a M.A. in Latin American History from Fordham University. Before returning to Kent County in 2016, she spent 10 years working with former refugee and resettled combatant communities in El Salvador.
