Joe recently graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law after a long career as a data scientist. He has lived most of his life in Maryland, with the exception of overseas stints living and working in Malawi and Morocco. He recently moved to Salisbury from Relay in southwestern Baltimore County. Joe’s hobbies include genealogy, reading, birdwatching, and playing the violin, flute, and piano.
