Bankruptcy

Sometimes people become so overwhelmed with debt it is impossible to keep up with the bills. Death of a loved one, job loss, and becoming unable to work due to disability or illness can create financial challenges. We can support you in filing for bankruptcy and wading through the complex rules and requirements so you can get a much-needed fresh slate. Regardless of the circumstances, we want to help you get back on track. We have monthly debtor assistance clinics with experienced volunteer attorneys who can help you understand how bankruptcy works.

Debt

Too often, court cases find for the debt collector without consideration of the circumstances that led you to where you are — such as unpaid medical bills, rental charges, credit card balances, or other consumer debts.
