Mike Starling is a retired D.C. and California attorney who spent 25 years at National Public Radio, retiring as vice president & executive director of the Technology Research Center & NPR Labs. In “retirement” Starling became the founder & general manager at Mid-Shore Community Radio’s NPR Member Station WHCP-FM, 91.7 MHz.
